Terms of Service

1. Who Can Use Replenish

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order on Replenish. By using the Service, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to use any payment method you provide.

2. The Service We Offer

Replenish is a skincare marketplace and subscription replenishment service. Through the Service, you can:

• Browse and buy skincare products individually, as a one-time purchase
• Sign up for a subscription plan that automatically reorders and delivers selected products on a recurring schedule

Product availability, pricing, and delivery times may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payment

• All prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless stated otherwise, and include or exclude taxes as indicated at checkout
• Payment is due at the time you place an order or when a subscription renewal is processed
• Payments are handled by licensed third-party payment processors; Replenish does not store your full card details
• We may cancel or refuse an order if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if payment cannot be verified
• If an order is cancelled after payment, we will process a refund within a reasonable time

4. Subscriptions

• Subscription plans renew automatically at the frequency you select, and your payment method will be charged accordingly
• You can pause, change, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect before the next scheduled billing date, provided you cancel with reasonable notice
• We will notify you of any change to subscription pricing before it takes effect
• Charges already processed for a delivery that has been prepared or dispatched are generally non-refundable

5. Delivery

We work with delivery partners to fulfil orders across the areas we serve. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once a delivery is confirmed as received at the address you provided. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or unavailability to receive it, additional delivery charges may apply.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because skincare products are personal care items, we can only accept returns for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect on arrival. To request a return or refund, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and, where possible, photos of the issue. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

7. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

8. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security features
• Resell products purchased through Replenish without our written consent

9. Product Information

We try to display product descriptions, images, and prices accurately, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders affected by an error, with a full refund where payment has already been made.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including our name, logo, product descriptions, and design, belongs to Replenish or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Replenish is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Nigerian law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Service. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
