Here is exactly what happens from sign-up to your door.
Build Your Routine
You add each product you use: brand, product name, size, and how often you use it (daily, twice daily, weekly). We calculate how long each product lasts and build your replenishment schedule automatically.
Set Your Cadence
Choose how often you want deliveries: Monthly / Every 6 weeks / Quarterly. You can set a different cadence for different products if needed. You also choose your stock-out preference (wait, substitute, or refund).
5-Day Preview
Five days before your delivery date, you receive a WhatsApp message with your full order list and estimated total — broken down as: Products | Service Charge ₦3,500 | Delivery Fee (by zone). You have 48 hours to approve, adjust, or skip. No response? We call you personally before auto-approving.
Payment
Once approved, your card is charged immediately via Paystack. You receive a receipt instantly. We never charge before you confirm.
We Source & Authenticate
We collect your products from verified Lagos retailers. Every item is checked for authentic packaging, intact seals, and correct product before it leaves the store.
Delivered to You
Dispatched via our delivery network. You receive a tracking update when it's on the way. Delivered on your scheduled date.
